  • Essential Duties / Responsibilities: The primary function of a test technician is to test, trouble shoot and repair printed circuit boards down to the component level. Ability to test and trouble shoot printed circuit boards down to component level and repair. Eager to learn, to understand, to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, and to take on new assignments.

Job Requirements

  • This position requires the ability to:
    • Diagnose Digital and Analog circuits
      • Able to use Digital Multi Meters (DMM)
      • Able to use a Oscilloscopes
      • Able to use a Spectrum Analyzer
      • Assist in improving the manufacturability of a customer’s products
      • Able to read electrical Schematics and provide customer with assistance when needed
      • Provide training to other technicians when necessary
      • Create test documentation
      • Interface with outside contractors on development of ATE fixtures
      • Able to program memory devices via J-Tag or other interface
    • Other requirements include:
    • - Manufacturing experience preferred not necessary.
      - Periods of sitting or standing.
      - Good eye hand coordination and digital dexterity.
      - A strong work ethic, career ambition, and physical agility and stamina
      - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Word
      - Familiar with computer based ERP/MRP system and basic understanding of how to read and work with Bill of Materials
    • Education and Experience
    • Min 2 years electronics experience or equivalent
    • High School Diploma/GEDMin 1 year of  manufacturing experience.· Electronic in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
